How to order phone service from Telus?
How do you order phone service with Telus when you don't have an 'address'?
I've tried three times now and Telus's "new" system keeps canceling the work order because it doesn`t approve of the address it`s been given. Even making one up doesn't work now. And the Telus person on the phone has no idea of what to do either.
Any idea of who to talk to at Telus, or what to say?
