Classes held at False Bay School. Fee: $60 for the six class session; or $15 per drop-in. This is a dynamic style where postures move in a fluid sequence coordinating with the breath. Active beginners welcomed.

this is a comment I added to your "News and Event" posting for the Flow Yoga classes.
