Looking for my brother Lindsay Smyth, may be lost on wilderness trip

I used to go to Lasqueti Island a lot 25 - 30 years ago, my brother Lindsay Smyth lived there for years, near Bonnie Varney who was a good friend of his.

Some of his relatives are worried he has been lost on a wilderness trip, he once went on a 400 mile trip up the Fraser River with his dog, gun, and canoe.

His dad died after a long fight with a cancer last year, and I feel Lindsay was not in touch due to a difficult stepmother situation.  Still it is bizarre and increasingly frightening he is not in touch with the estate, with matters to do with my father and all our family.

His signature is required, and that he read some forms quickly, and return them to Montreal to the right people.

He also lives at Telegraph Creek.

If you know Lindsay Smyth, and many people did there, please have him in person - not emails - contact Pam, Mom, and the RCMP.

Lindsay is tall, fond of canoes, dogs, hunting, fishing, and knew many many people on Lasqueti Island.  He is healthy, and in his early fifties, looks younger.

I truly do not want to cause trouble for any friends of his, it is a real worry to me, and so mysterious; he must phone to Montreal as well, quite quickly.

I am also trying to contact the RCMP in Telegraph Creek, I am really worried!

Is there any update on Lindsay ? He was a friend of ours " back in the day" and I would love to know if anything has been sorted out, has he been found. I've tried to see how I can contact the family but can't find a link to do that. Still concerned , Kathy

I had the pleasure of meeting

I had the pleasure of meeting Lindsay at a bub on the Island over the holliday.
