250hp Yamaha

Hello friends, I have received a call from a marine mechanic friend of mine that has in his possession a 250 Yamaha outboard that he believes belongs to a woman who lives on Lasqueti. The engine was originally worked on by a mechanic named Simon Marnow but that is all my friend knows. He would like to get the engine back to the rightful owner.
