June Yoga with Amber
Yoga in June: the last few classes before the summer. Stretching is great for your body! Breathing deeply will help bring the stress levels down a few notches. Enjoy!
HATHA / YIN YOGA
When: Wednesday, June 1st to June 29th.
Time: 9:00 to 10:30 am.
Location: the Arts Centre.
The first half of the class will be devoted to energizing Hatha, a moderately paced practice that develops postural alignment and breath awareness in traditional yoga poses. The second half will focus on Yin practice, with long-held passive poses to increase physical flexibility and mental equanimity. All experience levels welcome.
Five weeks: $60 for full session; $15 for drop-ins.
Please come to class promptly, on an empty stomach. Bring a mat and blanket, if possible. "Half Moon" sticky mats are for sale from $35. Call Amber to register #333-8775.
