Tucker Bay public access

I have come to realize that there are possibly only two people now living on the island who actually saw and used the floats at Tucker Bay. I am one of them. The access to the floats and ramp was from a walkway to the point on the left of the gravel ramp to the right of the access road, which has been maintained by the public since early settlement here. In 1961 after a blasting mishap I was flown to Pender Harbour from these floats. My grandfather landed on Lasqueti at the public wharf in Tucker Bay over 100 years ago. Normally when one buys a property there is something called Disclosure-it is too much of a stretch for me to accept that the existence of this access was not mentioned...Sincerely...Karl Darwin
