Texada Coal export update
I've been away, and the emails have piled up, detailing the secret approval of the plan to export US coal through LaFarge's Texada Island loading and handling facility. The approval was given on March 12, but the news of it was held back unitl just before the Easter long weekend began.
Here are some links to newspaper articles about it:

The Sechelt First Nation is apparently planning to blockage coal shipments to Texada. The south end of Lasqueti would be a good place to blockade and dissuade any barges attempting to reach the LaFarge site, if the trains make it to Surrey Fraser Docks to unload.
If you are feeling discouraged:
Don't forget that this project was supposed to have been approved by the end of January 2013, with 2 million tonnes of dusty, "soft" Wyoming coal supposed to have moved through Texada in 2013, and a million tonnes every three months of this year. Instead, zero tonnes of US coal have moved though there.

we must know that there
we must know that there should be high safety things in the coal factories and industries. Many accidents took place in such places. Meridian, Mississippi is not great to protect danger.
