I just came back from the Unist'ot'ten Protest Camp via this ferry terminal and it was too easy to find coal dust. And there would certainly be a lot more to find if the wind didn't keep blowing it into the ocean.
The other thing I noticed was the huge sprinkler towers spraying water over the coal piles. Makes me want to puke thinking about how toxic the marine environment must be around that area, where I sadly noted people eating oysters:(

You can find coal dust all over.....
