The next Islands Trust Council meeting is on Salt Spring Island on Tuesday, December 4 through Thursday, December 6. The agenda is not yet set, except that there will be a session with the Agricultural Land Commission chairman Richard Bullock on Wednesday morning.

If you have any questions or concerns about this subject, or any other, please let me know. I will try to find information or answers.

I'm interested to know if there is general agreement that agriculture and local food production on Lasqueti is something we should encourage.

The agenda package for the Trust Council meeting will be posted on the Trust's website   http://islandstrust.bc.ca/tc/agendas.cfm    probably early in the last week of November.
