report on public information meeting on BEN bylaw proposal

Just under 50 people attended the public information meeting at the Arts Centre Thursday evening, and it was pretty clear from everyone who spoke and attended that there is not support for changing the Lasqueti bylaw enforcement system. The Lasqueti Trust Committee members will respond appropriately when the bylaw topic comes up for discussion at their next meeting, July 12, 11am, at the Arts Centre.

Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting, or otherwise contributed their view on the matter.
