New Yoga Sessions Starting

SPRING YOGA WITH AMBER (RYT)

 

Springtime: the daffodils rise up and show direction to our bodies and spirits. We return to practice with more energy and strength (and more standing poses!) Give yourself the gift of being with your Self through yoga!

 

Flow Yoga

WHEN: Monday evenings, April 9th to May 28th

TIME: 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

LOCATION: False Bay School

This is an active vinyasa style class that works on strengthening the body, breath and mind. Active beginners and experienced yogins welcomed. Eight weeks: $85 for a full session; $15 for drop-ins.

 

Restorative Yoga

WHEN: Wednesday mornings, April 11th to May 30th

TIME: 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

LOCATION: The Arts Centre

Restorative yoga is slow and soothing, using deep natural breathing to stretch and open the physical and energetic bodies. All levels; ideal for those with injuries and chronic conditions. Eight weeks: $90 for a full session; $15 for drop-ins. 

 

NEW TIME and PLACE:

Hatha Yoga

WHEN: Sunday evenings, April 22nd to May 27th

TIME: 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

LOCATION: Community Hall

Hatha is a moderately-paced class that develops postural alignment and breath awareness in traditional yoga postures. All experience levels welcome. Six weeks: $70 for a full session; $15 for drop-ins.

 

Please come to class promptly, on an empty stomach. Bring a mat and blanket, if possible. Half Moon sticky mats are for sale from $30.
