Storytelling Retreat

What/When: A three-day workshop (March 6,7,8) that delves deeply into the realm of fairytale.

Where: Lasqueti Island Arts Center

Cost: $150

Participants are asked to bring a traditional fairytale of their choice. Rooted in the landscape and geography of each particular tale, we wilbring the stories to life through games, journaling, group experiences and personal exploration. We will share meals, experience and reflections, and at the end of three days we will emerge to tell our stories at a public event!

Naomi has over eight years of experience facilitating workshops in a variety of settings. She has developed workshops for Lower Mainland schools through both the Vancouver School Board and ArtStarts and has facilitated workshops for schools in Morocco, Switzerland and for PhD students at the Cortona conference in Tuscany, Italy.
