New loading/unloading procedures

Due to a Transport Canada recent ruling passengers will no longer be able to board or load/unload cargo without crew being present.

The ships gate will be locked from 19:00 nightly till 07:30 in the morning, also locked during the 12:00-14:00 break in French Creek. The ship will also be locked till 12:30 on Sundays.

We realize this is a inconvenience and we will update if we receive any further information.

Lasqueti Ferry

The ferry runs from French Creek Harbour on Vancouver Island to False Bay on Lasqueti Island. Pay parking is available at the marina. The trip takes from 50 minutes to over an hour (in rough waters).   Passengers and freight only - no cars!
