February 23 5:00 pm Finding Farley A couple with their dog and two-year old set out from Alberta to Farley Mowat's home in Newfoundland, retracing some of the journeys Farley wrote about. Much of the route they travel by canoe - scenes of bugs, portages, and white water transport you there. And yes, they make it to Farley’s home.
Dinner-. 6:15 falafels made from island grown beans, roasted garlic potatoes, garlic sauce, hummus, pickles, with a red fife tabbouleh. $13 GF and Vegan options available, please specify when making your reservations.
Second Film 7:30: Earth, One Amazing Day. 2018 A joint production between the BBC and Chinese filmmakers who trek to the far corners of the globe to film some of the earth's most photogenic animals. New film technology brings pandas, penguins, sloths and a thimble-sized hummingbird right up close. You gotta see the family of sperm whales napping vertically!
