February Films
February films to inspire conservation and love of nature and share warm time together.
Venture out to the Arts Centre Sunday February 16 and/or 23 to watch films, and if desired, eat a delicious local dinner with friends prepared by Violet between shows.
Movies free for LINC members. Annual membership is $10-20, ($5 min).

Sunday the 16th - 5:00 pm Learning to See, a story about an American psychiatrist who moves to Columbia to photograph some of the worlds most colourful and bizarre insects, and the new life he creates there. Great jungle scenes.
6:30 Dinner -vegetarian delights - Lentil and filbert nut pastry rolls with maple and thyme roasted root vegetables, whipped feta and green salad. $13 GF and Vegan options available, please specify when making your reservations.
Second Film: 7:30 is Anthropocene. Baichwal/de Pencier/ Burtynsky (Manufactured Landscapes) 2018 This is a big film. Jaw dropping images of the changes humans have brought about around the globe. BC forests make an appearance as well. Both sobering and stunningly beautiful.
