I want to draw your attention to a week of yoga I am teaching at the end of the month. The week is called 'Clearing the Path - Yogic practices for cleansing and detoxification' and we will be focusing on just that!
In this 5-day intensive we will explore the body's natural ability to refresh and recharge. We will let go of toxins through practices that focus on the liver, lymphatic system and large intestine.
