Hello all!

A slight change in dates for 'Grounding In - A Fall yoga retreat' to accommodate the ferry schedule!

New schedule:

Friday September 28th - 4:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday 29th - 9:30-11:00am

Sunday 30th - 9:30-11:00am

Monday Oct 1st - 9:30-11:00am

Tuesday Oct 2nd - 9:30-11:00am

Looking forward to seeing you there!

One class is $20, or do all 5 for $85.
