Dinner at Provisions - Marimba on the Dock, Wednesday July 26

Here is the Provisions Menu for Marimba On The Dock ~ Wed. July 26th! Dinner will be served from 5 pm - 8 pm.

From the kitchen inside we will be serving three kinds of Marimba Rice Bowls.

~ Braised Island Lamb ~ slow braised lamb rubbed with Dijon and sea salt , fresh herbs & red wine with cucumber dill salad

~ South Indian Vegetarian Curry ~ golden tumeric coconut curry with roasted butternut squash, chickpeas, cauliflower, peas, toasted coconut and cucumber mint raita

~ Bourbon BBQ Chicken ~ brined chicken thighs chargrilled with bbq sauce, coleslaw and cucumber dill salad

( All dishes above are gluten free and come with your choice of white jasmine or brown basmati rice )

Outside I will be cooking on the BBQ and serving housemade beef burgers, bavarian smokies, veggie dogs, jumbo beef dogs and regular hot dogs. All the fixings will be available for you to dress your dinner with the options of making any of those dogs chili cheese dogs.

Ps: A portion of Wednesdays dinner sales will go towards the purchase of new books in the fall for the False Bay School, we are looking forward to seeing more new books on the shelves for the class of 2017-2018!
