Kundalini Yoga at the Arts Center, 9:30-11, Friday July 14th

Kundalini yoga is grace in motion, a full workout for the body, mind and spirit. Each class consists of an opening mantra, warm up exercises, a kriya (a set designed for a specific aspect of the mind-body-spirit), meditation and deep relaxation.
This week will feature a kriya to relieve inner anger and a meditation to remove obstacles and develop intuition.
Please bring a mat, blanket and water.
Suggested minimum donation of $5.
