Around 15 years ago the Lasqueti Fishery/Forestry Renewal Society planted both sides of a kilometer of Wamer Creek, protecting the starts with stucco wire cages. Some of these trees are pushing 15 feet high now and need the cages cut off. So 12 noon, Feb 6th at Bonnie's driveway with your wire cutters, maybe a pruning saw, and gumboots. Tailgate refreshments and AGM to follow.....
