later additions to PRRD COW agenda package

There has been some correspondence, mostly sent late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, from Lasqueti citizens added to the agenda package:

5.9 from David & Laura Slik (though it says its Rogers - it's not)

5.11 from David Ham (which was in today's Lasqueti email digest)

I think the easiest way to see this correspondence, and the other stuff in my posting this morning (also in today's digest) is to go to

and click on one of the three versions of the 08 October 2015 meeting.  I find the Splitscreen version slightly easier to use. Navigate the items in the left hand panel, click on the links for those you want to read, and read them in the right hand panel.

This morning I missed item 6.14 Committees and Commissions, in which CAO Al Radke reports on systems by which Lasqueti can have meaningful input to PRRD board on Lasqueti services, especially emergency dispatch (NI911 and house numbering alternatives).
