Missing Dog

My Blue tick hound Bob ran away this morning with his halter on and I have not seen him since.  He is black and grey, short haired with very long black ears.  His bark is a true hound bay and it is very very loud.  Bob is friendly and may or may not respond to his name.  He is still new to me and Lasqueti Island.  I received him from the SPCA in Victoria 2 weeks ago so I am not sure if he will be able to find his way home.  If you see or hear Bob please give me a call or text at 240-7307.  I know running dogs on Lasqueti are not welcomed and have the potential to be shot.  If he is shot, please let me know.  Many thanks for your help.
