Lasqueti phone service

The 911 service proposal is meant to speed up emergency response on Lasqueti, and simplify how we get help when we need it. 

The best thing to improve emergency service is to have reliable telephone service on Lasqueti. So many phones are "out" for long periods that many are vulnerable and unprotected by lack of ability to use their telephone.

Lasqueti phone subscribers require reasonably prompt repairs and maintenance, and also probably upgrades to equipment and infrastructure, so that we can count on being able to use our phones, especially when we need emergency help, whether from the ambulance service/first responders or the fire department - no matter which phone numbers we use to call them.
