For the new owners of Tucker Bay

Hello again...In 1972 I purchased 13 acres on Lasqueti, subject to survey, which bordered a then section 4 road. After the survey I had 10 acres-apparently the government/public needed 3 acres of the farm. No compensation was paid, as as far as the crown was concerned it was theirs.

You recently purchased some waterfront property clearly knowing that there had been a public deepwater dock and float in the area. The public road terminated at the public dock , ramp and float. You did not purchase the public road access to the water when you purchased the land. Your land lies to the North and West of the public access, even if it is not surveyed. Please remove the excavator from the public road, back off from our access, and join the community.
