The Assessors are Coming!

BC Assessment staff will be visiting Lasqueti Island from September 12 – 19 to update information on the characteristics of land and buildings for the 2015 Assessment Roll. Staff will have photo ID. Property taxes levied on the basis of the Assessment Roll support local services provided by the Qualicum School District, Powell River Regional Hospital District, Powell River Regional District, and The Islands Trust.  Property owners with questions or concerns can call the Nanaimo office of BC Assessment at: 1-866-825-8322, extension 04229.
