Dogs worrying livestock

The Coombs Farmers Institute is trying to get governments to move to help farmers who are unable to deal with dogs worrying their livestock.  They are collecting stories to bolster their argument that something needs to change.

" The events do not need to end with a kill or mutilation, etc.  Any story of harassment, 'worrying', or of a farmer having to be constantly vigilant to protect livestock from a 'chronic' dog, will fit the bill.  The message we are sending to the authorities is that the onus of responsibility has to be put on the dog owner, not the livestock owner.

Thanks to everyone who can help with this!
