Reminder: LCA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1pm Sunday May 4 at the Community Hall

Please come and take part in your community association (you either need to own property or to have lived here for at least six months). Membership costs $5 and gives you the opportunity to vote on any issues that come up. We need a quorum of 15 people to get the meeting rolling.

The agenda is below. We´ll start with a discussion on a hall self-insurance proposal. The actual AGM will cover the current financial standing, activities by the executive and committees over the year, and elections for the executive positions. The AGM will be followed by an extraordinary meeting to form existing and new proposed committees, to decide whether to take first steps forward on the self insurance proposal, and anything else you, the community, wants to talk about.

If you have any questions please call me at 8595.

Andrew F.
