communication with Lasqueti Trust Committee is public

I feel I should remind (or maybe warn) people that written communication with trustees and the Lasqueti Trust Committee about any matter that is. or will likely be, on an official LTC agenda is part of the public record. If you would like your email address, or other contact information, removed from your correspondence (email, fax, mail, etc.) we will try to remember to remove it as a courtesy to you.

All correspondence will be included in the agenda package of the meeting where it is first received, or where the subject will be discussed. As such, it will be posted on the Trust's web site. It will also be available in the public input folder available at the meeting.

I would like to post the correspondence received on the Lasqueti web site, so that community members can read it and it will spur further thought and submissions. If you strongly object to me posting your submission, please let me know. If you'd like me to remove your email address, or other contact information you included, I will do that.  I won't remove your name; there will be no anonymous submissions.
