quick response from WPM

This morning Mopsy sent a suggestion/request for a diaper change table on the ferry. I forwarded it to Elgin, and got back this response: 

I will put it to the refit superintendent and recommend that if at all possible we install a baby change table in one of the washrooms.

I've suggested that it might work close to the washrooms, if there isn't space in one of them.
