NEB Kinder-Morgan hearing deadline 11:59 p.m. (MST) on 12 February

I got the time wrong when I posted details of how to apply to participate in the National Energy Board's Trans Mountain Pipeline hearings on building new and larger pipelines from Alberta to Burnaby to carry tar/oil sands "dillbit", largely to load into ships to export.

The deadline to apply to participate is  11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Wednesday, February 12.  That's one minute before 11pm here in BC.

It's easy to apply to participate as a citizen. If you don't apply, the NEB won't hear what you want to say.

If they get masses of citizens who care enough to apply to participate, they will not be able to say we support any decision they might make.
