Good thoughts and wishes for Constanze

In response to a query about support for her surgery this last day of 2013, Constanze said she would like "uplifting images, ideas or words from the person who is sending the energy, because it inspires and uplifts a person, and connects them to their divine self"

Wherever you are, whoever you are with, and whatever you are doing, thoughts for Constanze (and anyone else who needs them) can be offered up about 11:40 am. Kind deeds for whoever you are near are always an appropriate follow-up.

Constanze expects to be home on Friday or Saturday.
