Cost: $120

Exploring Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals focusing on shape, time, wieght, flow, and body.  This class is designed for those who love to move but who generally find dance classes intimidating and complex. In a supoortive and playfull environment dancers will be encouraged to participate in movement explorations and studies with little emphasis on dance technique and choreography.
