A message from Charlotte:

"I visited Jen McGowan in the hospital tonight (Sat. 20th) for a short visit. She is out of ICU and able to have visitors. She was in very good spirits but quite tired. I asked what she would like people to do for her and she said, please bring REAL food!!!! Brown rice and fish in particular. No lactose please."
