Stop the TPP!

I try to avoid mass mailings of this sort, but global corporate inc. is back at it, pressing for new trade agreements that essentially take away our democratic rights in favour of their profits.  It is very important that we let world leaders (** sigh **) know that we strongly oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

This one really looks bad, with Big Tobacco, Big Oil, Big Pharma, Walmart and almost 600 other corporate lobbyists all in on the draft, which they have been working on in secret for years and are now attempting to lobby world governments into signing. The TPP represents a global corporate power grab of breathtaking scope -- attacking everything from a free Internet to health and environmental regulations.
