agenda packages for August 30 Lasqueti Trust Committee meeting

Yesterday (Wednesday the 22nd) agenda packages were posted at the Community hall, the Post Office, MaryJane's and on the ferry. Today another will be posted at the Lasqueti hotel, and three extra copies will be at the Post Office, in case anyone wants to take a copy home to study and read in detail.

The agenda package is also available on the Lasqueti page of the Islands Trust web site, at the "meeting agendas" tab under "Committee Links" on the right hand side. This link will take you directly there:

Each printed agenda package consists of 29 pieces of paper, printed mostly two-sided. The eight packages received are just under 250 pages, which means a huge expenditure of trees and energy, I will try to see if they are being used, and would like to keep the number being produced to a minimum, while making sure that everyone interested can be informed and know what's going on.  Let me know what you think about this.
