Chocolate Making Class

Saturday, March 3, 2012 - 11:00am - 5:00pm In this class you'll learn the secrets to concocting a smooth, melt in your mouth truffle. You'll practice with dark chocolate to make beautiful, shiny finishes on hand dipped confections and dipped fruit as well as shaping a chocolate bowl for you to put your finished creations in. Price for the course includes all materials and ingredients and all kinds of chocolate goodies to take home. Class size is limited to 6 participants so register early!
