Flow Yoga Workshop July 18 -21 9:30 to 11:30 am

Four day workshop.
This unique and inspiring practice is designed to optimize your immune system, strengthen important neural pathways for whole brain function, and promote ease of movement. This rejuvenating practice will release stagnant energy and conclude with a well- earned deep relaxation.
