Workshop 2:  A Space of your Own - maintaining a page on lasqueti.ca

Do you offer a service you want to let people know about?  Got an interest or hobby you want to share with the community?  Want to raise the profile of your community group?  A page on the website gives you a permanent “home” on the site, and once created, you have control over its content, so you can keep it up-to-date yourself.

This workshop is aimed at folks who want to learn how to edit and maintain a page on lasqueti.ca.  We’ll demonstrate all aspects of how to edit and manage your page and how to attach content to your page (like announcements or a photo gallery).

There are currently 7 people registered, we have space for a few more.

Internet Centre (Closed)

The Internet Centre is no longer open.

 

LIAS no longer operates the public access computer centre formerly known as the e-centre. It was closed due to a lack of sufficient interest or energy from centre users and volunteers.

LIAS has no plans to re establish or re open an e-centre.
