Community Hall work party

The Community Hall work party will be on Thursday (November 25) from 10 til noon. It will involve some chain sawing, and moving branches and brush into piles 100 feet (30 meters) or so away from the hall into the forest, to make piles in small clearings. There they will slowly rot and provide habitat. We'll have a pot-luck lunche starting shortly after noon. Everyone welcome. Bring boots, gloves, weather-appropriate clothing, hand saws and loppers and pole pruners/saws if you have them, and a contribution for lunch. You'll be contributing if you only come for lunch, as long as you don't come empty-handed and empty-bellied.
