Arson at False Bay!

Last night, sometime between 10&11pm 5 vehicles parked just below the driveway to the new hardware shop were burned to hulks!  The RCMP visited the scene this afternoon and identified 2 Ford Aerostar vans, 1 Mazda MPV van, 1 Dodge Caravan, and 1 Jeep Cherokee, and are attempting to contact the registered owners. If any of them were insured ICBC may want to have a look at them. It is disturbing to think we have an arsonist among us, we are extremely lucky that the fire didn 't spread to other vehicles or nearby forest and buildings!

Once we get the OK from RCMP the hulks we be removed. The strech of the hill from Weldon to the driveway has recently been re-signed for paralell parking only. Please parkers, as spaces open up resist the urge to perpetuate the perpendicular parking paradigm!!!  This is a serious public safety concern, your co-operation will be greatly appreciated  by all the traffic, pedestrian and vehicular.
