Traditional Okinawan karate and traditional Japanese jujitsu for children 7 years and older to adults. All levels are taught in one class. Karate and jujitsu are taught together as complementary arts.

Come and join in the dancing fun and reconnect body, mind, emotion and spirit through Nia!

Nia combines 9 classic movement techniques from dance, martial and healing arts.

Classes are danced barefoot to music chosen to stimulate and inspire.

No experience is required. Nia is for every"body". 

Come revive, rejuvinate and just feel good!
