Pesto

We make fresh pesto every Thur. or Fri. for the market.We also freeze what does not sell promptly . Both frozen or fresh is available. Please note, Pesto is a raw natural product. It should be consumed promptly, as well as kept cold. Fridge storage should be limited to no more than 10 days. Pesto is made from Olive oil, Basil, Garlic,cheese,and Pine nuts. We put it into sterilized 125 ml. jars. Only the parts we grow should be considered "organic". Thanks, Chris & Vic
