culinary herbs

We produce a limited variety of culinary herbs. One thing to note, is that most herbs are strongerwhen dried. I think this is because the aromatis oils come out of the dry leaf much more readily than a fresh damp leaf. Also the dried leaf is much smaller. Check it out. Thanks, Vic
