Lasqueti Cyclists

We like cycling. On Lasqueti. On the Other Side. And we’d like to make it easier for our fellow community members to harness their peddle power as often as possible.

The French Creek harbormaster has provided us with a shed at the marina for keeping bicycles for trips into town. (Save that $2.50 ferry charge.) We’re polishing up some shared bikes to keep in the shed, with plans to add a bike trailer. Through this page, we’ll be providing a way to reserve them for use.

We will also be posting maps of safe bike routes to exotic destinations. (Parksville? Qualicum Beach? Tofino? New Jersey?)
