POETS READING

Two poets who are visiting Lasqueti this month, Suzanne Buffam and  Chicu Reddy, will be giving a reading at the Arts Centre on Thursday,  August 19th at 7:30pm.

Suzanne's family has had a summer place here  for many years. Some of you may remember when she read at the Arts 
Festival a few years ago. She and her husband Chicu write and teach  writing in Chicago, and are among the bright young lights of the US  poetry scene. They each have a couple of books out and will be reading  from these as well as from new work.

Join us to hear some fresh voices and to discuss writing.
Drink and finger foods welcome.
