multi-ladders. Which one to buy?

 Hi,  This is Jay.  I'm looking for a multi-ladder and can't decide what to buy.  Darzo has one but it seems difficult to operate with only one person.  Anyone else have one and how well do you think it works?  Anyone selling a used one?  Let me know.
