Come breathe, groove, stretch, meditate, elevate!

A Kundalini yoga class consists of an opening mantra, warm up exercises, a kriya (set of exercises) designed to address a specific aspect of the body-mind-spirit, deep relaxation and meditation.

This week we will be focusing on sacred sound, creativity and the throat chakra.

Yes you really get this all in an hour and a half!

No experience necessary. Please bring your own mat, water and a blanket.

Suggested minimum donation $5.

Each class consists of an opening mantra, warm-up movements, a kriya (a set of exercises that address a specific aspect of the body/mind/spirit), relaxation and a guided meditation practice.

No experience necessary. This is yoga for everybody!
