Annual Ship Inspection for our ferry - no service April 24 through 26

Capt. Al phoned and asked me to post this notice: that the fourth year of the inspection cycle for our ferry, Centurion VII, requires that its shafts be pulled, and consequently an extra day is required for the annual inspection.

The ship will leave for Vancouver immediately after it completes its scheduled service on Monday, April 23, and is scheduled to be away and out of service through Thursday, April 26.

Service is expected to begin again on Friday, April 27 with the 8am run from False Bay.

This is the current schedule for the inspection, and Capt. Al mentioned that it could change. There is also the possibility that there might be some delay and service might not resume at the expected time. Notices will be posted if there is any change.
