Each class consists of an opening mantra, warm-up, a kriya (a set of exercises that address a specific aspect of the body, mind, or spirit), relaxation and a short meditation.

Yes, you really get this all in an hour and a half!

 

9:30-11:00 Friday morning at the Arts Center.

Please bring a mat, water and a blanket if you have one.
